GACC TALENT NETWORK DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY
This data privacy notice is given in connection with the processing of your personal data for the registration in our Talent Network database. The GACC online service is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. We want to provide a safe and secure user experience in compliance with applicable laws and regulations – particularly the EU General Data Protection Regulation GDPR. We will ensure that the information you submit to our website at www.gacctalentnetwork.com will only be used for policy purposes.

Your personal details, including your name, e-mail address and resume, will be stored and used by us for the following purposes:
- 1. For matching your qualifications and skills to available open positions at the GACCs and their external client
- 2. For keeping you informed about job opportunities via monthly Job Alert
- 3. For tailoring the design of our website, so we can provide the most relevant pages to fit your needs
Your data will be processed outside of the EU, namely in the US.
The provisioning of your data is carried out by means of an online web application. Confidentiality, integrity (inviolability), authenticity (genuineness) and availability of personal data can therefore not be guaranteed.
We give you the option of submitting your resume to this website. You can submit your resume either to apply for a specific advertised job or to be considered by our recruitment consultants for later openings. Although your resume will be stored online and will be part of our database, it will only be accessible by recruitment consultants of the GACC Network. You can update your resume at any time, simply by sending an e-mail to recruitment@gaccny.com. Your old resume will then be replaced.
Legal Basis
The collection, storage and usage of your data is based on its necessity for the fulfillment of the Talent Network service contract, Article 6 (1) b) GDPR, or, where necessary, on your explicit consent Article 6 (1) a) GDPR.
Your information will be shared with Breezy HR, Inc. which provides the staffing platform to match your skills to available jobs. Breezy HR, Inc. is compliant with the GDPR. Their privacy statement can be read here. We may release your information to regulatory or law enforcement authorities, if we are required to do so. The GACCs will not send your resume or other personal information to any other external parties without your express consent. Should our representatives identify your profile as matching an available job opportunity at an external client company, we will contact you directly to inform you about the open position and will only forward your information once you have reviewed the opportunity and informed us verbally or in writing that you wish to pursue said opening.
Storage period
Your data will be stored in the GACC Talent Network database for a period of 24 months, except for resumes uploaded as part of our contracted service, which are stored for 12 months. For contracted services, should you decide to renew the service, we will continue storage for the new term. For all other data storage, you will receive an automated email notification as the expiration date approaches, which will allow you to opt in for an additional 24 months. Your data will be automatically deleted after expiration date if you do not actively renew.
Objecting to data processing
You can object to the processing of your data and request a full deletion at any time by contacting us via e-mail. Please note that we will not be able to provide any further Talent Network / career services to you without your data.
Your rights as a data subject
You have the following rights according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation:
If your personal data is processed, you have to right to obtain information regarding the storage of your personal data (Article 15 GDPR). If incorrect personal data is processed, you have the right to correction of such (Article 16 GDPR). If legal requirements are given, you have the right to request the deletion or limitation of processing, and you have the right to object to such processing (Articles 17, 18 and 21 GDPR). In the event of an objection, we will no longer be able to reach you as our business partner, and your business relationship with our organization will be terminated. Since data processing is based on a contract, and since data processing is carried out via automated processes, you have a right to data portability where applicable (Article 20 GDPR). Should you exercise your above-mentioned rights, the GACC will review whether statutory requirements are met.
