The company offers a range of complementary custom machinery, software and facility design services that enable them to provide their customers with turnkey production facilities from a single source.

The company is seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial (Junior) Sales Manager to serve as their second US-based employee who will grow and nurture the existing customer base in the US market. This opportunity offers substantial scope for professional growth within a successful, worldwide-operating company.


  • Establish, maintain, and develop successful customer relationships in North America
  • Maintain and increase market share in a competitive industry
  • Analyze customer needs and interests and develop customer-specific solutions
  • Implement the company sales strategy for North America
  • Confidently present the company to existing and new customers, as well as industry associations
  • Perform full-cycle consultative sales activities for a range of production technologies, such as contract presentation, negotiation, execution through eventual system delivery and implementation
  • Lead customers to efficient use of the company's products and services
  • Efficient teamwork and communication with all sister companies, including all internal departments such as Marketing, Project Managers, Engineering, etc.
  • Develop professional networking and relationships with important industry stakeholders, engineers, developers, etc.
  • Represent the company at national and international trade fairs, professional associations, industry events and serve as an enthusiastic and passionate brand advocate for the company


  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering or Business discipline; a background in Civil/Structural Engineering would be of significant value
  • Minimum 2+ years of success in consultative Sales/Business Development in an equivalent role serving the Construction, Precast, Concrete or Precast machinery sectors
  • Experience in opening new markets and establishing new customers
  • Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills, coupled with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and staff at various organizational levels
  • Working knowledge of the Spanish language would be beneficial
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, creatively organize, prioritize, and complete tasks
  • Valid US driver’s license
