For our Atlanta office we are seeking a full-time Inhouse Sales and Logistics Coordinator.

Inhouse Sales:

  • Manage all post-sales activities incl order processing, purchasing, logistics and warehousing
  • Follow up on orders in our worldwide plants
  • Create invoices to our customers
  • Being inhouse sales representative to customers
  • Provide daily status report to sales

Logistics:

  • Request freight options from forwarding partners, organize freight movements and provide updates to sales and customers
  • Organize domestic transportation as needed through our national carriers
  • Organize international shipping from pick up to delivery
  • Provide daily status report on logistics to CEO

Office Management:

  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Primary contact for office services
  • Assist CEO

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of common office processes
  • Experience in international logistics (3-5 years)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle Netsuite
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Multilingual (German or Spanish) is a plus

This position can be offered as full or part time position. Compensation to be determined based on
