We are currently looking for candidates who want to make a difference and who wish to be part of our dynamic organization in the US.

Provide guidance and support to our apprentices throughout their journey of a dual education program.

Educate apprentices to learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their development as mature, able, responsible, and productive journeyman.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promotes Safety first
  • Plans a program of study that, as much as possible, meets the individual needs, interest, and abilities of the apprentice.
  • Creates an environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the apprentice.
  • Guides and supports the learning process toward the achievement of established curriculum goals, establishes and communicates clear objectives to the apprentices for all lessons, units, and projects.
  • Strives by instruction and action to implement the philosophy of education, instructional goals and objectives and performance expectations.
  • Assesses the accomplishments of apprentices on a regular basis; provides progress reports as required and communicates with supervisor as deemed necessary.
  • Maintains accurate, complete, and correct records as required by Krones & ICATT, policy, and administrative regulations.
  • Takes all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect apprentices, equipment, materials, and facilities.
  • Maintains a professional relationship with our educational partners (e.g., ICATT, GPS, WCTC and local High Schools)
  • Supports apprentice hiring program by visiting High School job fairs.
  • Strives to maintain and improve professional competence

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Master-Craftsman in related field or relevant work experience
  • Experience and/or Training:
  • Technical teaching & manufacturing background
  • Strong mechanical aptitude

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience and/or Training: degree in technical education and/or manufacturing
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • 2 years technical teaching experience preferred
  • PLC programming (Siemens, TIA & Allen Bradly)
  • Pneumatic and/or fluid power experience
  • 5s, six sigma knowledge
