Position Overview
This role is ideal for engineers with approximately 2–5 years of experience in automation, electrical engineering, or mechatronics who are looking to grow into commissioning and system-level troubleshooting. This role focuses on hands-on work with industrial machinery and production equipment — not software or IT environments.
You will work hands-on with highly specialized industrial equipment, supporting machine start-up, analyzing system behavior, and resolving technical issues in real production environments.
This is not a pure PLC programming role and not a reactive service position. Instead, it focuses on commissioning, structured troubleshooting, and understanding machines end-to-end — combining electrical expertise with mechanical awareness.

About the Role

The role focuses on commissioning, system-level troubleshooting, and technical support of custom-built industrial welding and production systems.
Engineers in this role work closely with customers, US-based operations, and international engineering teams to analyze machine behavior, perform machine-level and system-level troubleshooting in industrial environments, and ensure reliable system performance in real production settings.
The position offers a balanced mix of planned commissioning projects, technical problem-solving, and customer interaction, making it ideal for engineers who enjoy understanding machines end-to-end rather than focusing solely on software development or reactive service work.
