We are now expanding our operations in Georgia, USA, and are seeking a skilled Electrical Service Technician to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems on equipment, including 12V and 380V systems, and perform necessary repairs.
  • Conduct electrical tests, interpret results, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Assist clients over the phone in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues on SMG equipment.
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical components and systems.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulic components, and provide hands-on support as needed.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Document service activities, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions using ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Assist in managing parts inventory and coordinate orders for necessary components.
  • Collaborate with the office team to schedule service appointments and ensure timely client support.
  • Uphold a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a commitment to problem-solving in all aspects of the role.

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to assist clients effectively over the phone and in person.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to schedule and prioritize tasks.
  • In-depth knowledge of wiring, circuits, and electrical systems, particularly 12V and 380V systems.
  • Ability to perform electrical tests, analyze results, and troubleshoot problems.
  • Proven mechanical skills and knowledge of hydraulic components and systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems.
  • High level of independence, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support clients on-site.
