The company develops technical process solutions and tailored innovations that help industrial clients enhance their production and material flow efficiency.

This is a strategic commercial leadership role - ideal for a hands-on executive who enjoys cultivating client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding market presence in North America.

Your Mission

  • Define and execute a growth strategy focused on new customer acquisition and long-term partnerships.
  • Drive revenue development across key industrial sectors in the US and Canada.
  • Serve as the senior representative of the company in the US, reporting directly to global headquarters.
  • Oversee client engagement from initial contact to project delivery, supported by engineering and service teams.
  • Analyze market trends, evaluate business potential, and build strategic alliances.

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in technical B2B sales or commercial leadership within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of project-based or engineered solutions and long-term client development.
  • Proven success in leading business expansion efforts and managing customer relationships on a strategic level.
  • Background in engineering, industrial management, or similar is preferred; additional business training (MBA or equivalent) a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, and confident in both independent and collaborative settings.
