1.) Job Description:
Ensuring timely and professional maintenance and other projects.
Creation/coordination of shutdown measures for system-related Process deviations and/or process disturbances.
Ensuring and improving the quality-assured operational capability of machines and equipment under consideration of the costs for the required operational readiness.
Development and introduction of modern and future-oriented maintenance.
Monitoring the working methods and procedures of his department, in particular Compliance with the conditions imposed by law and the UVV.
Monitoring of the economic use of operating resources and company resources.
Ensures that in his area of responsibility according to the core values of HEICHE GROUP works.
Instructs his superiors about the work processes and any changes and deviations of the workflows.
Causes the provision of the machining tools for his area.
Coordinates / monitors the introduction and permanent implementation of new Working methods, planning and cost monitoring systems.
Triggers / monitors the data acquisition and display of capacity and Performance parameters of its range.
Supervises personnel matters within his area (salary, absences, performance, staff development, vacation planning) and initiates the prescribed UVV - Investigations for his employees.
Processes and evaluates suggestions for improvement in his area.
Carries out special tasks according to the instructions of the supervisor.
Responsible for the results of the subordinate area within the scope of the job objective and the specifications.
Initiates measures for occupational safety and according to legal requirements.
Participates in the ordering and production of equipment ( racks, devices, etc. ) on request of superior authorities.
Contributes to the improvement of operating resources and rationalization.
Causes the procurement of spare parts and tools within the scope of the job objective.
He coordinates specialist companies (service) and third-party maintenance companies and monitors these with the solution of the work tasks and the adherence to the UVV and Work regulations.
Initiates verification of the invoices of the area of responsibility.
3.) Additional Area of responsibility:
In addition to the tasks described above, the employee is also responsible for the following to contribute to the continuous improvement process.
The jobholder actively promotes and supports the further development of the energy management system according to DIN EN ISO 50001 and the implementation of the energy goals from the target agreement.
Collaboration in internal projects, such as ERP optimization and special offers.
The job holder is appointed safety officer (SiB) by the management appoints and supports the management, the executives, the specialists for Occupational safety (FASI), the company doctor and the colleagues in it, accidents, to avoid occupational diseases and health hazards.
The jobholder actively promotes and supports the further development of Management systems according to IATF 16949(quality), DIN EN ISO 14001 (environment) and DIN EN ISO 50001(Energy) as well as the implementation of the goals from the target agreement.

School leaving certificate: secondary modern school, high school, university studies
Vocational training: Completed apprenticeship
