LEUCO TOOL CORPORATION is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Looking for an innovative experienced Customer Service Representative that has SAP ERP applications experience. Fluency in German a HUGE plus.
Job Purpose To ensure successful execution of the sales process; responsible for maximizing sales, customer satisfaction, and supporting the Outside Sales Representatives.
Responsibilities and Duties
Order entry. Fielding customer service related questions (price and delivery), Quoting standard and custom tooling based on customers’ application information. Ensuring order details are correct and complete. Work with marketing and field sales to prospect for new customers to develop new and existing sales territories. Facilitate optimum customer satisfaction.
SAP software and Proficiency in MS Office applications. Adaptability to changing priorities. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Strong mechanical aptitude. Detail-oriented. Ability to read/understand technical drawings. Working knowledge of the metric system. Self-motivated and self-reliant. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities. Customer-focused.
High School Diploma.
Fluency in German preferred, but not required. Basic knowledge of woodworking machinery and processes preferred.
Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
