DZ BANK has an exciting opportunity for an executive assistant to support the General Manager in our NY branch. Power point, Excel and top notch IT competency is essential. The role will support the General Manager in administrative functions. DZ NY office has a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days work from home. Secondly, the role supports HR and Legal with some administrative tasks. German speaking is a plus, but not a requirement to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Arranging business travels
  • Organizing events
  • Taking minutes
  • Preparing presentations
  • Supporting the legal department with policy updates
  • Managing the internship program
